Rafters Meet-and-Greet & Cuts 4 Kids
Meet the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters baseball players, play fun games, and get FREE kids’ haircuts!
The event is free, and all are welcome.
- First 300 fans get complimentary hot dogs, chips, and a cup of Mid-State’s Cranberry Cougar Swirl ice cream.
- Get autographs from Rafters players and meet the mascots–Grit and Rosco P. Rafter.
- Compete in games and contests to see if you can outperform a ball player. Can you jump higher than a Rafter?
- Free haircuts for kids provided by students from our Cosmetology and Barber Technologist programs. (The last call for kids' haircuts is at 7:00 p.m.)
- Experience some of Mid-State’s coolest offerings.

Healthcare Simulation Center Tour - PM
Tours are available to the community and prospective students. Students interested in any health program or EMT/paramedic program are encouraged to attend. Tour participants will be able to see live demonstrations through high-fidelity simulators, the Anatomage Table, and state-of-the-art health care technology. This tour is the best way for future students to see first-hand how training at Mid-State applies to hands-on technology.
