Financial Aid Disbursement Dates

Financial aid disbursement happens when Mid-State applies your financial aid funds—such as grants, scholarships, or student loans—to charges on your student account. This may include tuition, fees, or bookstore charges. If money remains after your balance is paid, you will receive a refund.

How Refunds Work

  • Refunds are usually processed about one week after financial aid is applied to your account.
  • Your account balance must be paid in full before a refund can be issued.
  • You may receive more than one refund depending on when your aid is disbursed.
  • To view your account activity, log in to the MyCampus student portal, then go to MyMSTC>Student Center > Finances.
