This large, tiered venue is ideal for presentations, lectures, and conferences.

Conference Room

Comfortable meeting spaces with technology support.

Capacity: Up to 16 (Healthcare Simulation Center: up to 6)

Divided Training Room

Large spaces that can be split into two rooms for breakout sessions.

Capacity: Up to 50 (table-style)

Gymnasium

Flexible space for large events, with multiple setup options.

Rental Agreement Overview

To ensure our facilities are used safely and responsibly, all rentals must follow Mid-State’s facility guidelines.

Key requirements include:

Proposed use of the facility or property must be consistent with the mission and purpose of the College.
Use of Mid-State property by others to deliver competitive training experiences is prohibited.
The time and use of the facility or property does not interfere with the College’s needs.
The organization renting the facility or property does not discriminate based on race, color, creed, national origin, ancestry, religion, sex, handicap, age, marital status, sexual orientation, or political affiliation.
The event does not profit from promotion or sale of a product or service.
The event does not represent religious or political affiliations.
No smoking, controlled substances, or gambling are permitted on any Mid-State premises.
Unless a person is an authorized peace officer, an active member of the armed forces, a member of the military who is armed in the line of duty or any person duly authorized by the chief of police of any city, village, or town or the sheriff of any county, it is prohibited for any person to be equipped with a firearm while on property owned or leased by Mid-State Technical College.
All users of the College land, buildings, or facilities, under any terms, are subject to the College’s rules of conduct for employees and students.

Rental Agreement & Request

Community renters will be asked to complete a signed rental agreement and may be charged a facility use fee. Requests to rent space at any of our locations must be submitted at least five business days in advance.
