Residential Halls in Stevens Point
Through our partnership with the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point, Mid-State students can live in co-ed residence halls on the UW–Stevens Point campus—just a mile from Mid-State’s Stevens Point Downtown Campus.
- Room with other Mid-State or UW–Stevens Point students (roommate requests welcome).
- Meal plan, cable TV, internet, and organized residential events.
- Transportation available between dorms and the Downtown Campus.
- Same housing rates as UW–Stevens Point students—between $3,500 and $4,150 per semester.
The Villas in Marshfield
Mid-State students attending the Marshfield Campus can enjoy apartment-style living at The Villas, located close to campus.
