Need flexible counseling options? Mid-State partners with BetterMynd to give students access to free teletherapy sessions from a diverse network of licensed mental health counselors.
BetterMynd counselors can help with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and many other concerns. You choose the counselor and appointment time that works for you.
Sessions are:
