The Wayne H. Bushman Advanced Manufacturing, Engineering Technology, and Apprenticeship (AMETA®) Center is a destination training site for the future of industry in central Wisconsin. Located in the Stevens Point area, the Center brings education, industry, and community together to prepare students and workers for high-demand careers.

The AMETA Center addresses workforce shortages while keeping talent local. The facility serves hundreds of students each year through in-demand programs, engagement events, contract training, and continuing education offerings, including:
- College degree and apprenticeship programs
- Professional upskilling and industry certifications
- K–12 career exploration and early college activities
- Technology demonstrations and business meetings
