Through college courses and hands-on experiences, you’ll gain valuable skills and choose from multiple career options and pathways, including:
- Continue your education in the Office Support Specialist program at Mid-State.
- Leverage your credits earned in other programs offered at Mid-State, such as Business Management, Entrepreneur, Human Resources, Human Resources Assistant, Leadership Development, and Project Management.
- Start your career as a call center agent, customer care representative, or customer service representative.
Eligibility
To participate, students must:
- Be a high school junior or senior
- Complete at least one Customer Relationship Professional course as Dual Credit
Tuition and program costs are funded through the Workforce Innovation Grant (WIG) program.
